All Crappy Cowboy Hats are made with flawed hat bodies that David refuses to use on his #1 hats. The integrity of these hats is never compromised and would last you just as long as a #1 hat would. The only difference is that these hats come with flaws from the manufacturer.
The flaw in this hat, is in the crown. It is a cut that David patched from the inside, but is still visible on the outside. It still would make a great everyday hat, if you can live with the blemish.
